When purchasing goods on the website https://laisvaskodas.lt/, all goods are provided with a 14-day return guarantee from the date of receipt.
Returned goods must be undamaged, have been used correctly and are properly packaged. Fees for installing software and computer components, domain maintenance, logo placement and similar services are not refundable due to the lack of return options.
The buyer pays the costs of delivering the goods to the buyer and returning them.
laisvaskodas.lt undertakes to transfer the amount paid for the goods to the account specified by the buyer no later than 7 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.
These return rules apply to all citizens of the Republic of Lithuania and European Union countries.
